About Blom and Blom:

We are a private children’s day nursery in Witham seeking a dedicated and experienced childcare director to lead our team. As a respected nursery leader, you will oversee the planning and development of our setting, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes outstanding childcare.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and education provided to our young children.
• Support and promote staff development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Liaise with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

• A minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent.
• A proven track record of success in nursery management, with a minimum of 18 months experience.
• An up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
• The ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
