About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the North Bristol area. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and plating meals for our restaurant, bar, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you will be responsible for managing junior chefs and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and develop your culinary skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
