About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting L8 monitoring, TMV servicing, CWST cleaning and disinfections, and managing remote sites to ensure adherence to water hygiene protocols and HSG274/ACOP L8.

Key Responsibilities:
  • L8 Monitoring: Identify potential waterborne risks through regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
  • TMV Servicing: Provide routine maintenance and repair services for Temperature and Mixing Valves (TMVs) to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • CWST Cleaning and Disinfection: Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of Cold Water Storage Tanks (CWSTs) to prevent bacterial growth and contamination.
  • Remote Site Management: Oversee and manage remote sites, ensuring that water hygiene protocols are followed and reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in L8 monitoring, TMV servicing, and CWST cleaning and disinfection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to provide cover for remote site visits as required.
  • DBS clearance.
  • Full UK driving license.
