Personal Development Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience as a teacher and mentor. You will be working with learners from diverse backgrounds, supporting them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized coaching and mentoring to support learners in achieving their career aspirations.
  • To deliver workshops and training sessions on topics such as employability skills, CV writing, and job searching techniques.
  • To work closely with employers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for learners to gain practical experience and develop their skills.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
  2. A teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS).
  3. Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
  4. Access to a car and able to travel for in-person learner observations, 1:1s, and team meetings.
