Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Joiner to join our team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned Carpentry/Joinery maintenance to properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to properties, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and fittings
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the specified timeframe
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company Health and Safety guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• C&G Craft/Advanced Craft Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery or NVQ 2 in Carpentry & Joinery/Wood Occupations or equivalent
• Full UK Driving License
• CSCS H&S Operative Test and Certificate + CSCS Blue Card (desirable)
