We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with disabilities, including those with autism and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support children with communication and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Driver's license (company provides a car during working hours)
