We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to grounds maintenance, including:

  • Fencing
  • Paving
  • Minor bricklaying
  • Drainage

The ideal candidate will have experience working on social housing contracts and possess a full UK driving license. A clear criminal record is also required, with DBS checks to be conducted.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £23, with the opportunity to work 40 hours per week on a long-term contract. After 12 weeks, the position will be converted to a permanent role.

As a Groundworker with Niyaa People Ltd, you will have access to a company van and fuel card, providing you with the necessary tools to perform your duties efficiently.
