We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cera Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing high-quality care and support.

About the Role:

  • Support individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
  • Work in a flexible environment, with shifts consisting of 12-hour blocks, including days, nights, part-time, and full-time options.
  • Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £12, dependent on experience and position.
  • Have the opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning and further progression opportunities.

A small cohort of our individuals live in supported living homes and require support to maintain their independence. Your role may include elements of personal care, and you will have the opportunity to enable them to live their best life.
