We are seeking a highly skilled quantitative developer to enhance our trading stack and improve the competitiveness and profitability of our firm's trading strategies.

As a quantitative developer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and rapidly evolving our main software components:

  • Designing and implementing low-latency trading engines and strategy runtimes
  • Developing market data distribution platforms using internal binary protocols
  • Creating and maintaining exchange API connectivity and robust exchange connectors
  • Implementing full automation around deployment and monitoring of a 24/7 trading system
  • Profiling and optimizing trading system and strategy latency
  • Reverse engineering exchange architectures

You will be part of a small development team that shares the responsibility of the whole trading stack. As you own the code, deployment, and tooling, you can rapidly and safely iterate on changes to the trading software. As a result, we deploy many times a day.

Developers collaborate directly with traders and researchers, allowing for immediate reaction to market changes and fast iteration of live trading engines.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Experience writing low-latency Java/C++ applications and architectures, preferably in the HFT industry
  • Ability to optimize application and networking stack performance in on-premise and cloud environments
  • Proficiency in benchmarking, profiling, and tracing full applications on Linux
  • Ability to identify and resolve latency and throughput bottlenecks
  • Willingness to learn new skills to solve complex problems (e.g., eBPF, XDP, Intel PT)

The ideal candidate has experience in the HFT industry, combining software development and networking skills (TCP/UDP/multicast/WebSocket/HTTP).
