Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with Visit Belfast's overall marketing objectives
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and maximize ROI
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
