Job Title: Adult Clinical Lead

North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Clinical Lead to join our team in Romford Clinic, ICT Central. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of patients with diverse health and social care needs. You will work autonomously to case manage these clients, utilizing advanced nursing skills, such as assessment and prescribing, to manage their conditions in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload to maximize efficacy and effectiveness in your role, providing best service to patients.
  • Utilize quality improvement tools to review professional practice and initiate and evaluate changes to practice when required.
  • Access Clinical Supervision and professional support from sources agreed with the line manager to support critical reflection and safe practice.
  • Support and supervise colleagues, providing targeted education, training, and development as required.
  • Engage positively in performance management and participate in the review and development of your Personal Development Plan as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of community experience managing a complex caseload of patients. You will be responsible for working autonomously, utilizing advanced nursing skills, and contributing to the development of our services.
