Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ventro Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will involve supporting the recruitment process, managing internal systems, and working closely with hiring managers to fill internal and site-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and headhunt candidates for internal and site-based roles
  • Manage internal systems and databases to track recruitment progress
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Write and edit job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Advertise vacancies on various job boards and manage the recruitment process
  • Shortlist and screen candidates, and arrange interviews
  • Send CVs to hiring managers and make job offers
  • Complete new starter paperwork and add to People HR
  • Manage the operator database and conduct interviews
  • Communicate with agencies and keep accurate lists of on-site staff

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience and excellent communication skills
  • Passionate and positive attitude with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
