Job Overview

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Telefonica Tech UK&I HQ in Central London. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees and guests, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate internal events, including catering, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Support customer and partner events, bookings, and management of the event space.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for managing employee visits and maintaining office capacity.
  • Manage meeting rooms, facilities, and external service providers to optimize use and value for money.
  • Liaise with landlords, building management teams, and maintenance suppliers to maintain a safe and well-maintained premises.
  • Ensure all new employees and visitors receive health and safety training and orientation.
  • Organize office supplies, refreshments, and cleaning services to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Manage post and deliveries, as well as company travel requests.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
