About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing cost plans, project management, risk management, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Oversee cost plans, project management, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project success
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a cost consultancy or PQS firm
  • Strong understanding of property sector principles and practices
  • MRICS qualified or currently working towards it
  • Ambitious and results-driven with excellent client-facing skills
