About the Role

As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Club team in managing and maintaining a safe facility and ensuring all health and safety policies are adhered to. You will also be responsible for training and developing our team members to ensure they are confident and competent in operating a safe club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Club team in managing and maintaining a safe facility
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they are confident and competent in operating a safe club
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits and act on any findings
  • Work with partners and contractors to ensure consistent and safe delivery of services
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
  • Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
  • Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility
  • Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility
  • Experience of financial planning and management
  • Passionate about customer service
