York Sport is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the success of our facilities and make a positive impact on our customers.

We operate facilities on the University of York's West and East Campuses, with a mission to inspire everyone to embrace active lifestyles, exercise, and participate in sport.

The post holder will assist the management team in implementing and delivering business, health and safety, and customer-driven policies to the highest standards of operational efficiency.

Management, supervision, and coordination of staff, as well as experience in delivering and coordinating staff training, are essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Qualification
  • National Pool Plant Operators Qualification
  • RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Previous experience working in a multi-functional sports/leisure facility with a swimming pool

The working hours are 37 per week, including a combination of early, late, and weekend shifts.

The salary range is £28,418.46 per annum.
