We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Technical Compliance department to ensure customer and end-user requirements are met.
  • Provide technical and compliance knowledge and support to customers and end-users.
  • Manage the Technical Compliance team to ensure the business quality and service are maintained.
  • Monthly reporting of departmental KPIs and management reports.
  • Daily troubleshooting of technical and compliance issues and enquiries.
  • Provide technical support to customers and end-users.
  • Oversee and be accountable for the compliance systems and ensure certifications are met (ISO and BRCGS).
  • Provide recommendations to compliance and quality processes and certifications.
  • Provide updates across the business on innovation and new products in the pipeline.
  • Provide training to customers and end-users.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues.
  • Overseeing and accountability for the UK business FSC certification status.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the business in the UK and Germany.

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC or bachelor degree in chemistry or equivalent.
  • Auditing and implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC, and FSC.
  • Presentation skills and management reporting.
