Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Job Description: As a Portfolio Management Specialist at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our real estate funds. Your primary duties will include assisting with the oversight of fund operating models, reviewing investor drawdowns and distributions, and preparing fund board reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the oversight of fund operating models, including management of investor drawdowns and distributions.
  • Assisting with the review of quarterly/monthly fund reporting cycles, including review of NAVs, capital statements, and quarterly distribution calculations prepared by third-party fund administrators.
  • Preparing fund board reports and recommendations, including analysis of fund performance and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with internal teams, such as Tax, Finance, Operations, and Compliance, as well as third parties like fund administrators, accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.

Requirements: We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong accounting background and previous experience in fund administration within a private credit or private equity setting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines.
