What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Decorating Centres. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
• Developing and implementing store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
• Managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and store maintenance
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or decorating environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
