Lead Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers
