Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Retail Consultants to create memorable customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and increase sales
- Manage budgets, marketing initiatives, and customer relationships
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of skin care and retail industry (advantageous)
