The successful candidate will possess a strong STEM background and have experience in managing customer projects or programs within a technically focused environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing customer-centric programs to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities

• Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform program development and optimization

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure program success

• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
