Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support in all maintenance programs, ensuring that all maintenance objectives are conducted in a respectful and responsible manner, adhering to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

• Assist in the maintenance and safe operation of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other facility-related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist with emergency and planned maintenance repairs, coordinating repairs to buildings and property infrastructure.

• Assist in the regular maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related systems as directed.

• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance.

• Assist with the safe operation of boilers, heating, and ventilation systems.

• Assist with maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring, and roofing.

• Assist with maintenance and repairs to appliances and plant equipment.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.

• Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions with cost analysis.

• Report malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components.

• Review work orders to ensure proper documentation.
