Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Hill Group UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Supply Chain Management Strategy that supports the company's business plan and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and implementation of a Supply Chain Management Strategy that aligns with the company's business plan and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure a high level of service and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Manage the procurement process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on supply chain performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Strategic understanding of business and the strategic importance of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
  • Contractual & Commercial knowledge and understanding.
  • Continuously keeping knowledge up to date on Purchasing and Supply developments.
  • Health, Safety and Environmental systems and procedures.
