Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Project Management Officer to lead on the coordination and project management of the People & Culture initiative. The successful candidate will establish and evolve projects in line with organisational priorities and demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead on the design, implementation, and monitoring of projects using project management tools and techniques.
  2. Maintain robust project management documentation.
  3. Design and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  4. Proactively function as a conduit to project governance structures, identifying and mitigating risks associated with the change process.
  5. Report, measure results, and communicate in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have experience of project managing organisation-wide change programmes, projects, or strategic initiatives, as well as leading internal communications of change initiatives or projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and keep projects moving.
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence, to take decisions where needed, and to know appropriate escalation as required.

Salary Information:

This is an experienced (non-manager) role with a salary range of GBP 24.85 per hour.
