Service Engineer for Mastclimbing Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Brogan Group, a leading access specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our mast climbers and hoists, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining mast climbers and hoists to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Reporting to the Mastclimber and Hoist Contracts Manager/Operations Manager
  • Completing associated paperwork and recording recommendations and/or material requirements
  • Making recommendations for replacement parts and materials to ensure the highest levels of equipment and building availability
  • Working to the highest standard and in full compliance with statutory legislation

Requirements:

  • Experience in servicing electric motors and gearboxes/working with site cranes in a maintenance department
  • Electrical and mechanical background and working with mast climbers/hoists or lifts/elevators in a building
  • Current qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ Level 8 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline specifically
