Strategic Development and Grant Management Specialist

The DEC is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Development and Grant Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the trusts and foundations portfolio, creating compelling proposals for future appeals and core costs income. You will also lead and manage robust and professional grant management systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose, streamlined and accessible.

As a key member of the DEC team, you will maintain regular contact and collaboration with internal teams to collate a high-quality suite of communication materials and stewardship plans specific to a trust and foundation audience. You will also monitor, measure and evaluate progress against the DEC's strategic goals and funds raised from trusts and foundations, preparing regular reports for senior management and trustees.
