Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students with their learning needs, including those with SEN such as Autism, ADHD, or mobility issues.
- Working with small groups to support classroom activities and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning, setup, and management.
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
- Supporting pupils with specific SEN, including Autism, ADHD, or mobility issues.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting.
- Good knowledge of SEN or a passion to develop.
- Able to manage challenging behavior and maintain a calm and patient demeanor.
- Able to commit to working fixed days, full or part-time.
- Has a clear and valid DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
