IT Service Desk 2nd Line Engineer

£32,000 per annum

Your Role with Us:

This role will be responsible for providing second-line technical support and resolving complex IT issues for our internal stakeholders.

We are Looking for People Who Have:

  • Significant experience working in a similar role providing second-line technical support in a corporate IT environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across multiple platforms, including Windows and macOS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
  • The technical expertise to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are Looking for People Who Are:

  • Qualified to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems, including experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent IT support.
