Role Overview

The Transformational Organisational Development Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of the Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As part of the executive team, they will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people strategies that drive transformation and innovation in people practices.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven leader to make a significant impact on the organisation's culture and workforce. The Chief People Officer will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to enhance staff engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Develop and implement people strategies that align with the Trust's vision and objectives
  2. Drive cultural transformation and improve staff engagement and retention
  3. Oversee the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, talent management, and learning and development
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality

About the Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have significant experience in people practices, with a strong track record of leadership and strategic thinking. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to supporting staff to achieve excellence.
