Overview

The Danish Client Service Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Fisher Investments Europe. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, working closely with our sales representatives, investment counsellors, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including partnering with top banks to assist with administrative and operational tasks, gaining exposure to other European countries' businesses, and helping investment counsellors with relationship management. You will also be responsible for producing reports based on the current situation of prospective clients and developing your skills in multiple subjects as you take on more responsibility.

Your Qualifications

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus)
  • Native/Fluent Danish and English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Commitment to maintaining quality of work while sticking to a timeline
