Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Teacher to join our team as a Special Educational Needs Teacher.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with Autism or Asperger's Syndrome and a talent for creating interactive lessons that meet the individual needs of each student. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our multidisciplinary therapy team.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons that address the primary need first and work closely with our therapy team to develop tailored learning plans.

Key Requirements

  • Hold QTS or QTLS or have relevant experience as a teacher
  • Have solid experience working with highly vulnerable children
  • Be passionate about working with SEN/Autism and have a talent for teaching

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience, and support with a DBS check. As a member of our team, you will also receive access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
