The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Architect with experience working on listed buildings to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conservation architect to transition into a role with a focus on mid-to-large scale projects, or for a Senior Architect to take on a leadership position and develop their skills in Revit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and contextually sensitive designs
  • Manage and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Qualified architect (ARB) with experience working on UK-based projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and conservation architecture principles
  • Experience working with Revit or AutoCAD, with a willingness to develop skills in Revit
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
