About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Architect or Project Architect with experience working on one-off or high-end residential projects.

As a Senior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work in a Revit-based practice where training is provided, and your role will be safe, with a company that is profitable and offers regular bonuses.

The Company

Lofthouse Group is a mid-sized, design-led practice in Central London, specializing in a range of high-end projects for both private and commercial clients.

Our project portfolio is diverse, including large bespoke residential and high-end commercial projects, typically valued between £4-20 million.

The team is passionate about their work, and there is a friendly and sociable working environment, with incredible career progression on offer.

The studio is now 100% Revit-based on all projects.

About the Opportunity
  • You will be trained in Revit and will be working on Revit-based projects.
  • You will have the opportunity to take a leading role on some incredibly interesting projects where high-quality design is not constrained by budget.

Requirements
  • Qualified architect (ARB), or equivalent.
  • Willing to be trained in Revit.
  • Experience of working as a Project Architect or Senior Architect in a UK-based architectural practice.
  • Experience working on UK-based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regulations.
  • Experience on one-off residential projects, high-end residential projects, or projects for private clients, or small-medium scale high-quality/well-designed projects.

  • £43,000 - £52,000 salary + annual bonus.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
