E-commerce Production Manager

Spring Studios is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Producer to join their team on a large eCommerce account. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to effectively manage budgets, track spend, and process freelancer invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production of eCommerce model shoots, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement project plans, from development to post-production.
- Support the management of the eCommerce production team, including the recruitment and management of freelance staff.
- Work closely with the on-set studio team and off-set production team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and review post-production aspects, including retouch notes and quality control of all assets.
- Assist with casting briefs and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the eCommerce production team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
