About the Role

Meraki Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join their team in Fife. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse client portfolio and delivering tax advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions.
  • Tax Services: Work on corporate advisory projects, including restructuring, MBOs, and succession planning.
  • Business Development: Engage with clients on tax matters and contribute to growing the firm's client base through networking and events.
  • Team Collaboration: Support colleagues with complex tax issues, assist in project planning, and work with Partners on advisory services.
  • Growth: Stay updated on technical knowledge, share insights, and manage productivity, costs, and client billing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Simplify and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, collaborating to meet business goals.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant, ATT, or CTA qualification.
  • Strong technical skills in business or mixed tax, capable of providing commercial tax advice and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information and build client trust.
  • Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and works well under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with change and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, always seeking improvement.
