Furniture Manager Job Description

We are a creative design company with a unified project delivery approach. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Furniture Manager to join our team and help us shape our furniture group offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients and suppliers to provide up-to-date furniture knowledge and problem-solving expertise.
  • Create and present pitch content for competitive tenders, focusing on increasing lead generation and design.
  • Price preconstruction packages for both tender and negotiated projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist project teams with value engineering exercises and drive sales by sourcing direct work for the furniture team.
  • Continuously research new suppliers and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the furniture industry.
  • Work closely with the furniture team to review and develop processes and efficiencies, ensuring a unified group offer.
  • Host furniture tour days with clients in Clerkenwell, showcasing our expertise and services.
  • Develop furniture specification packages for client review and sign-off, ensuring responsible sourcing and ESG considerations.
