The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with physical and sensory impairments, including wheelchair users, in a person-centered approach.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and communication.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in outdoor activities, such as shopping, theater trips, and sensory experiences.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
