Job Summary:
Sales professionals with a strong background in business development and construction field sales are sought after to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Senior Sales Executive - Bathroom Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strategic relationships with contractors, developers, and builders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. You will be responsible for selling a range of bathroom and tile products to key decision-makers in the industry, with a focus on growing our company's presence in the market. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the products and services used within it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a range of bathroom and tile products to contractors, developers, and builders.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on growing the company's presence in the market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the construction industry.
  • Strong relationships with contractors, developers, and builders, or the ability to build them quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry and the products and services used within it.
