Laboratory Analyst

As a Laboratory Analyst - Guildford, you will be responsible for performing various testing assignments to ensure cutting-edge consumer electrical devices meet specific radio testing standards and are safe for manufacturers to bring to market. This role involves working closely with a team of experienced technicians and managers to ensure high-quality results and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing material specimens for testing
- Performing tests as directed by customer specifications under the supervision of a more senior test technician or Department Manager
- Gathering and recording test data
- Constructing and maintaining various test fixtures and other laboratory equipment
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
- High School diploma or GED certificate; college or vocational school coursework preferred
- 0-2 years' experience in a testing-related field
- Basic understanding of testing concepts
- Possession of computer skills
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry (a plus)
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
