At Blackstone, we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Investor Relations/Business Development and Reporting teams in London. As an Investment Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in developing tools to assist the team with client reporting, creation of strategic marketing materials, client relationship management, message control, and process enhancements and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, macro-economics, public & private markets, or other investment topics important to institutional investors. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, developing enhanced analytics on client and prospect portfolios and investments, maintaining and creating marketing materials, producing customized presentations, and overseeing client reporting for commingled funds, customized accounts, and specialty funds.

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, sound judgement and confidence, and the ability to complete ad hoc projects independently. Experience working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture is also essential. Strong quantitative and coding skills (Python) are a plus but not necessary.
