We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dedicated team at Womble Bond Dickinson. As a key member of our litigation team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple workloads simultaneously, using case/client management systems to track and manage your caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client cases and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including court pleadings and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of court bundles and other legal materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including managing diaries and coordinating meetings.

Requirements

  • Law degree or other legal qualification.
  • At least 6 months experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar, within a litigation/disputes team.
  • Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
  • Experience managing your own caseload, using case/client management system.
