We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our successful team at Womble Bond Dickinson. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and delivering a comprehensive dispute resolution service to a variety of well-known companies.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will have the ability to manage multiple workloads, handle your own caseload, and utilize case/client management systems effectively. You will be responsible for providing support to our litigation team, including document preparation, research, and case management.

We are looking for a candidate with a law degree or similar qualification, along with at least 6 months of experience in a litigation/disputes team. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and records
  • Preparing and reviewing documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conducting research and providing support to attorneys on complex legal issues
  • Coordinating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Utilizing case/client management systems to track and manage cases
