Nurse in Mental Health Care

At Smartcall Healthcare, we provide a high dependency rehabilitation service with 35 beds in a safe and supportive complex care facility. Our team offers specialist care for male and female patients with enduring mental health problems, as well as Huntington's disease and dementia care.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £38,716 (based on 44 hours per week) or £45,416 (based on full-time hours).
You will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients as planned, managing shifts with the guidance of the Ward/Departmental Sister/Charge Nurse, and supporting staff wellbeing and development. You will also be required to complete first-level assessments of patient needs and document these on care plans.
This role involves identifying individual nursing problems and needs, planning, and implementing care. We offer fully funded NMC Registration (saving you £120*), return to practice support, free parking, investment in CPD, clinical supervision, and monthly staff appreciation days.
