Job Title: Parts Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Supervisor to join our team at Scania GB. As a Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our parts department, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of the parts department to ensure effective and efficient delivery of parts.
- Build and develop new and existing parts customers.
- Proactively embark on stock checks to reduce stock check line discrepancy.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all parts customers.
- Good computer skills.
- Pre-empt and obtain information relating to customers' requirements.
- Correctly interpret customer issues.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded by monitoring performance and proactively selling.
- Maximize sales potentials by up-to-date parts knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Understand workshop schedule and loading systems to manage workflow and service provided.
Requirements:
- Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Forward thinker, using own initiative under pressure.
