About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at JW Lees. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard.

The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking with fresh food, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a team. They will also be conscious of Health & Safety in the Kitchen and committed to achieving and maintaining 5* Scores on the doors.
