HANA GROUP UK LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fresh Food Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift will ensure the highest quality of our products.

Job DescriptionThis is a 21 hour per week opportunity that requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. As a Culinary Professional - Sushi Production, you will work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times. You will also be responsible for cleaning the workspace and storerooms as required and ensuring a safe environment for our customers, clients, and ourselves.
Requirements- Pride in your work and a commitment to continually learning and improving
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations and the ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation for commuting to work early in the morning
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £11.45 per hour, paid every two weeks. You will also have access to free lunch when on shift, free onsite parking in most locations, and cycle to work scheme.
