About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Neurosciences Physiotherapy Team at the Leeds Chapel Allerton and Seacroft Hospitals. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Therapy Team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with long-term neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with complex physical and psychological conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate specialist physiotherapy rehabilitation programs and packages of care.
  • Act as a role model for the physiotherapy team, promoting quality evidence-based practice and contributing to the effective management of the team.
  • Work closely with other senior staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
  • Extensive postgraduate experience working at a senior level in the clinical field.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical specialty acquired through in-depth experience and/or academic study to postgraduate level or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing within a unit and multi-professional team.
  • Clinical leadership and ability to teach, supervise, and assess qualified, unqualified staff and students.
