Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual plan to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Manage the operational elements of the business to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene in the warehouse and distribution center.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers, including logistics partners.
  • Manage courier shipping providers to meet performance metrics.
  • Oversee stock management, warehouse organization, and food traceability.
  • Lead and develop a team of colleagues to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide accurate management information and KPIs to drive business performance.
