We are proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a Special Needs Advocate to join our team at CV-Library. As a Special Needs Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families.

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of children with SEND, working closely with families, schools, and other agencies.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to support children with SEND, focusing on outcomes and inclusion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, schools, and other agencies to ensure effective delivery of SEND services.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years' experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a school or local authority setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, schools, and other agencies.
